Bawley Sands boast’s the area’s only pool. We love the beach but there’s nothing better than reclining poolside after a long morning surfing & swimming. Wash off the salt & sand in the outdoor shower while the Lorikeets squabble in the grevillea’s. The private north facing outdoor area doubles the the size of living area with enough shade in summer & warmth in winter.

On entry you’ll be greeted by the open plan living area, filled with light echoing from the polished concrete floor’s, the high ceiling’s make his space feel extra roomy. Watch the kids frolic in the pool through the kitchen bay window while preparing a meal. Recently appointed with New cook top, Oven, Range Hood Fridge, Dishwasher, Toaster & Kettle. We’ve thought of everything you need to be the perfect entertainer.

The breakfast bar links the kitchen & dining, comfortable seating 5 while the 10 seater dining means there’s plenty of room for more. We’ve also added a Bilfold window which opens up onto the pool area & outdoor bar seating for extra room.

Opposite, the ample lounge looks back at the living area which is centred by a gas fire to keep you toasty while snuggled up with a glass of red during the cooler months. The TV is Netflix ready & surround sound system is ready to play your favourite Spotify mix. The whole area is climate controlled by reverse cycle air conditioning…What more could you want?

This open plan living area flows seamlessly onto the rear outdoor area through double sliding doors. Natural privacy is provided by the thick grevillea’s which frame the pool & surrounds. There are 3 seperate outdoor area’s which are joined. Spark up the BBQ while watching the kids in the pool, Enjoy a beer at the bar dripping from the pool or settle into to a great arvo grazing at the outdoor dining. This means you can move freely across all living area’s anywhere, anytime.

The Main Bedroom is King size with Built in Robes. The plantation shutters allow the right light anytime of day & the ceiling fan will cool you on those Summer nights

The Second Bedroom is also a King (No fighting if family’s are sharing) with built in Robe. This also includes shutter’s & fan. Both Bed’s can be spit into King Single’s if needed making this accommodation super versatile.

Bedroom Three has Double Bunks sleeping 4 Kids with Dresser.

The Bathroom has been renovated with generous size bath & shower complete with heat lamps & heated towel rack. The Vanity & Mirror have plenty of space for your toiletries.

The Laundry/ Lavatory has washing machine & sink for longer stays as well as extra toilet. There’s floor to ceiling storage for towels & linen if needed. (All provided) The outdoor shower can be used year round. Whether washing the sand off your steamer after an early surf or rinsing off after a late night dip in summer.

We have transformed the garage into a games room or fourth bedroom if needed with a hidden foldaway queen wall bed. This has a seperate entrance & the perfect place for a teenagers retreat or extra guests visiting.

Wrap around verandah’s cover the whole house which means you dry access in all weather from the Car Port.

The Kangaroo’s meander across the sand while the waves crash on the beach. A lone dolphin jumps followed by more, the pod racing waves before ejecting out the back. The soft sand squeezes between your toes as your lungs fill with sea air & the gentle brush of warm ocean air tingles your skin. It’s gonna be a good day.

Take a seat in the hanging chair. Your wife bring’s you a coldie. One sip for you, one for the BBQ. The kids laugh as they take turns jumping into the pool. A kangaroo looks up in between grazing the lawn.

The morning sun warms your skin as you wait for the warm water from the outdoor shower. Lorikeets Squabble over the Grevillea blossoms as you rinse the sand & sand from your body. Its only Saturday morning, still time to surprise the wife with a coffee in bed & the rest of the weekend is still yours.

The Bed feels so soft as you lay down. Your back welcome’s the break & you feel free from gravity just like that first wave today. You flick through the photo’s from sun burnt eyes, The aloe vera gel soothing your skin while filling your senses. The fan provides relief, the hum blocking out the beach roar. Your wife lays next to you & thanks you for a wonderful day.

Your swimmers are still wet as you start preparing lunch, The Cicada’s nearly drown out the kids are playing Marco Polo in the pool. You check on them through the kitchen bay window. Food prep is always more fun with the Bawley Sands Spotify Mix playing through the Sonos. Hubby will be back soon from his surf & it will be a lovely arvo spent drinking spritzer’s & grazing in the shade outside. You feel the tingle of contentment run up your skin as the ice hits the glass

You can still hear the thunder of hooves. The decadence of Wilinga Park still fills your mind. The structures complement the landscape like a horse & rider. Today’s event was one to remember. It feeds the soul to see lifetime friends & rub shoulder’s with such talent. You slide into your slippers & turn the fire on as you settle into the Couch with a nice glass of Red..
